We are pleased to welcome Tim Edwards to the Queer Media panel for our 2016 festival. Tim is the Innovation Director at Giznode.http://www.giznode.co.uk/
We recently caught up with him for a brief chat. Here’s what he had to say about Queer Media.
Tim, can you tell us a little bit about your media background?
I’m a creative technologist. I’ve been working in the new VR space for the last few years. I’ve delivered around 12 different VR projects for a range of clients and consulted on the development of games, experiences and applications. Recently, I setup Giznode, a new VR development studio, to create new and exciting VR experiences and applications.
What do you think of when you think of ‘Queer Media’?
Queer Media is a great way for me to meet and hear about inspiring LGBT role models that are doing amazing work across the media industry.
What are you most looking forward to at this year’s Queer Media Festival?
I’m really looking forward to seeing and hearing about how other people go about creating all kinds of content and meeting people that would like to collaborate on projects in the future.
